RecoverAir is a travel claims service operated by TravelWise Tech LLC, an American company. It helps travelers recover compensation from airlines, travel insurers, hotels, booking platforms, cruise lines, and credit card benefit programs under frameworks including the DOT 2024 refund rule, EU 261, and the Montreal Convention. Submitting a claim is free, and the fee is 25 percent of recovered funds, charged only on recovery.
Yes. You answer a few questions and we tell you what you’re likely owed and which framework applies. There is no charge for that. Most travelers walk away from this step better informed, whether or not they decide to use us.
If we can’t take your case forward, we’ll tell you why and you won’t pay a thing. We may also point you to the right place: the airline directly, a card issuer, or another resource.
25% of what we recover, paid only after the funds land in your account. Denial appeals use a flat fee. Eligibility checks are free. Ineligible cases cost nothing.
