This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information across all of these properties. Throughout this policy, "we" and "our" refer to TravelWise Tech LLC.

Information from Travel Intelligence readers. When you read Travel Intelligence articles or RecoverAir reports, our publisher infrastructure (Google's Reader Revenue Manager Subscribe with Google basic) collects anonymous engagement signals that help us qualify for Google news features. This does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising.

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Claim records are typically retained for seven years to support potential reopening, audits, and regulatory requirements. Editorial subscription and newsletter records are retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after for compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access our properties from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
